Lilly and Leon Mackie have sometime ago found themselves, after moving to a new home, with a whole lot of extra cardboard boxes, household items and, evidently, free time to spare. The couple decided to kill two birds with one stone and, along with their 2-year-old son Orson, used all the extra materials in their possession to spice their weekends up and create valuable memories in the most hilariously cute way.
From The Breakfast Club and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, to Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones, this creative family reproduces scenes of favorite movies and series, working with ordinary items found around their house, for their project Cardboard Box Office. “The costumes, props, and sets in Cardboard Box Office are created entirely out of everyday household items, toys, cardboard, and three individuals slowly losing their sanity,” they jokingly explain.
