Jonathan Stone for Art-Sheep
Actress Anjelica Huston -and the Morticia Addams of our hearts, was born on July 8, 1951, in Santa Monica, California.
The daughter of film director John Huston, Huston started her career as a model and small parts in her father’s films. She made her debut as an actress of the main cast in The Postman Always Rings Twice (1981), alongside Jack Nicholson and Jessica Lange. Her performance in Prizzi’s Honor in 1985 got her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Her famous on-again, off-again love affair with Jack Nicholson lasted 17 years. They were together from 1973 until 1990 and in 1992 Huston married sculptor Robert Graham. Huston and Graham were married until his 2008 death.
