What on earth were they thinking?
It is definitely not easy, designing something that is not only practical and straight forward but also pleasing to the eye, and innovative. It takes a talented designer to achieve this, no doubt. This…is not a list about talented designers. Hey, they may be talented, but their talent is not really apparent from these examples.
A good design needs to be spot on, to mean one thing and one thing only. To be understandable within just a moment. Anything other than that, is confusing. Some of these examples though, are so perplexing, that you will scratch your head over them. Really, what some of these people were thinking?
