So, it is common knowledge that when there is custom-made work involved, which is basically what designers do for their clientèle, there is bound to be some intervening with the professional’s creative genius. Whereas, the motto “the customer is always right”, seems to have some basis in some cases, designers can often get quite frustrated with the feedback or, let’s call it, “constructive criticism”, they get by their clients.

Sometimes just annoying, others unreasonable and even plainly ludicrous, the emails below have one thing in common: they are all immensely baffling and really funny, as they show us what individuals in the creative industry have to put up in the process.
