Los Angeles-based photographer Mike Dempsey creates stunning, gravity-defying images of people riding bikes on rooftops, standing sideways on walls, hanging off trees and blown away by what appears to be heavy wind. If you are wondering how the photographer is able to achieve this visual result, he insists that 90% of his photos are done as practically as possible and his secret weapon is an intervalometer, a camera attachment that controls shutter intervals over a set period and allows him to capture multiple frames at the same time.
