Doctors doing what? Near where?
Using the hashtag #deliveryroom doctors all across the world are uploading pictures of them while, well, they’re delivering babies. As if a mom-to-be doesn’t have a lot of things in her mind already, she has to deal with an over-enthusiastic doctor taking snaps of her vagina.
One doctor, a student obstetrician called Daniel Sanchez, didn’t just upload a picture with a woman’s private parts, but he also captioned the image, “Lady I can deliver your baby but first let me take a selfie”. After the image sparked anger online, Sanchez apologized and claimed that he didn’t disrespected the woman, who also gave consent for the picture to be taken.
Even though Sanchez is probably not going to make the same mistake again, apparently many more doctors have used the hashtag to share their moments in the delivery room.
