New York-based visual graphics artist Kevin Burg and photographer Jamie Beck have been doing their Cinemagraphs for quite a few years, since they first collaborated in covering New York Fashion Week back in 2009. The duo wanted to pay tribute to their beloved city and that’s how the animated series “Seeing New York-through my Giorgio Armani lenses” was born. In this project Burg and Beck create a series of interesting and eloquent moving images that evoke to the viewer the feeling of being there, seeing Times Square, Central Park and the Grand Central station through a pair of vintage spectacles.
