Jaume Plensa is a Barcelona-born artist famous for his large-scale works. Plensa has received numerous national and international distinctions, while he was a teacher at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Working in the public space, the artist has installed his works all around the world, creating impressive imaginative sculptures that interact with the environment.
