Can people achieve whatever they set their mind to? We’ve gone to the moon, we’ve found the cure to hundreds of diseases and we’ve built an entire world full with both solid and conceptual things.

Something I’d never thought a man was capable of though, was being a band on his own. One-man bands were extremely popular at fairs, circus’ performances and festivals, in the early 20th century. This type of practice is very peculiar and exacting, as it requires a certain level of mental and physical state. The solo musician has to play various instruments at the same time, using his hands, feet and mechanical contractions, while he needs to be absolutely concentrated in order be synchronized.

The earliest known records of multiple musical instruments being played simultaneously date back to the 13th century, where people usually played together a pipe and a tabor.
