One of our favorite themes here at Art-Sheep is gender-centered projects, artists who explore gender-bending and queer subjects and of courses, interesting and inspired sets of works.

One of these sets is “Consumed Nude”, a series of non nudes by Georg Milde, investigating gender, its nature and its existence or non-existence. Milde presents images of both male and female figures with erased genital and facial characteristics. These bodies stand unidentified in front of their camera, while their postures show a certain disinterest towards their sexless existence.
