Brooklyn and Boston-based multimedia artist Jesús Armand has captured a stunning series of photographs, entitled Dance Prints, that consists of long-exposures that reveal dancers’ motions until they reach a specific position.
“On the fine art side, he’s working on the critically-acclaimed series Dance Prints, hot off a successful Kickstarter campaign, and which has received writes-up from the Art Director’s Club, the Daily Mail, PBS Arts and the Huffington Post. The series has been hailed as ground-breaking by arts educators for its ability to visually communicate dance to new audiences and students,” the artist’s bio explains.
