He wants to travel to beaches that opened prematurely in order to ensure people know the importance of staying home.
Opening up the beaches, right now in Florida, US, seems crazy. And while officials stated that this is purely for exercise purposes, people have already been seen with their little umbrellas and lawn chairs. And that definitely doesn’t come as a surprise. Most agree that opening up beaches right now is totally out of order and the action is deemed premature.
One, man, a lawyer native to Florida named Daniel Uhlfelder, is planning to go around Florida from May 1 dressed as the Grim Reaper. He will be visiting the beaches that’ll open up hoping his striking costume puts some sense into people. The only thing certain is that he will not go unnoticed, with his black robe and huge menacing scythe.
His inspiration was of course the infamous Swim Reaper of New Zealand. Let’s see how his campaign fares.
What do you think? Is opening up the beaches right now premature? Do you like the reaper idea?
