Anna Randal for Art-Sheep

Marco Scozzaro, an Italian artist based in Brookyn, created a series of photographs titled, Mirror Neurons, commenting on conformism and how people tend to follow the same way of thinking. The artist photographed various models wearing a pair of skin color tights, emphasizing on their similarity, despite their different sex, age and size. Scozzaro sees these works as a “projection on personal feelings such as solitude, detachment, shyness and the urge to connect with others”. These beautiful pictures can be interpreted in different ways, and even the artist himself later found more issues like identity, gender and relationships, being expressed through them.
