Jan Q. Maschinski was born in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia.His studies and work in graphic design combined with his dark, mysterious aesthetic create a surreal result in his photographic work. From his more colorful works to the grotesque of his nudes, Maschinski explores the human figure through its anatomical features and the person’s mentality.
