There’s no greater bond than a man’s relationship with his dog, especially when the man is a baby and the dog is a puppy, who were born on the same day.

When Chicago mother Ivette Ivens, 25, found the French bulldog puppy she realized he was born on the same day as her son. As she told the Daily Mail, “I saw Farley’s birth date and just knew it’s meant to be.”

After Farley, the little pup joined Ivens’ family, he and baby Dilan became best friends, probably thinking they are twins. “I’m pretty sure Dilan thinks they’re both the same species, as they walk at the same level and are both going through the stage of chewing on everything,” explains Ivens.
